tosgenerator — Refund and Cancellation Policy

Changes in this version: the first-payment refund no longer depends on how much you used the Service. Hosted documents and the consent banner are not offered to new customers.

This is a short summary. The full rules are in the Terms of Service (/legal/terms), sections 9 to 13.

• Go to Billing → Manage subscription and select Cancel. It takes a few clicks. You do not need to call or write to us. You can also email hola@tosgenerator.com.
• Your plan stops at the end of the period you paid for. You keep paid features until then.
• After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your sites are not deleted.
• We email you to confirm the cancellation.

• First payment: we refund it in full if you ask within 14 days after the payment. It does not matter how much you used the Service.
• One refund per customer. Renewals: no refund. You can cancel at any time to stop the next payment. We do not give partial refunds for unused days or months.
• How to ask: email hola@tosgenerator.com from your account email. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days after we accept the request.

These rules do not reduce the rights that the law gives you as a consumer:

• EU, EEA and UK: you can withdraw within 14 days with the "Withdraw from contract here" button in Billing (also in the site footer and in your confirmation email). Starting the service or using a feature does not itself waive your statutory withdrawal right. If you requested immediate service, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service actually provided.
• Argentina: you can revoke within 10 calendar days with the "Botón de arrepentimiento" in the site footer, without signing in. You can cancel at any time with the "Botón de baja".
• Brazil: you can withdraw within 7 days (CDC, art. 49).

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. We email you at least 15 days before a yearly renewal, and at least 30 days before a price change.
